The other day was very exciting for me since it was the first time I’ll ever see my friend after 12 years. Sheila was my best friend back in highschool, but she had to move out of the country with her family because of her father’s job. We constantly kept in touch after that and for the entire week, she’ll be here in the US to visit.
I was so surprised to see her with red hair (she was naturally blonde) along with tattoos and cross pendants. She’s currently a fashion consultant right now and an aspiring designer.
We simply talked a lot about our lives back in the day and pretty updated each other on what’s been happening. It was the perfect reunion for me.
Picking Out the Right Christian Jewelry Design
There are so many kinds of Christian inspired jewelry in the market. However, one of the most famous and easily recognizable would have to be cross necklaces. It’s hard not to notice a person when he or she is wearing Christian cross necklaces.
If you are looking to get one for yourself, there are several things that you need to keep in mind. First, think about the design.
There are plenty of cross designs available out there; some are simple while others are more ornate. Another thing to remember is the size. Pick the right size. Make sure it’s not too small or too bulky for your taste. Third, choose the length of the chain. Some people like long chains while others prefer choker style chains.
Why Get Christian rings?
For most people,Christian rings are great fashion pieces while for others it is the perfect piece to symbolize their faith. Other people enjoy the fact that they can integrate both meanings into their lifestyle.
The recent trend of popular figures wearing these Christian themed jewelry has also helped propagate this trend into the mainstream. The meaning is completely personal to the wearer, it can’t be helped though that some people look at it as a joke or just a fad.
No matter what your reason might be for wearing your faith on your fingers, so to speak, it is still good to remember that its more than just the design, but what it stands for that’s important.
